Return Policy

We believe in customer satisfaction and always try our best to provide the best quality products to our customers at great competitive prices. If you have received any wrong, defected or damaged product then there is an easy return/exchange process at riviera. You just have to contact our customer care executives on +91 9599810782 or drop an email to customercare@rivieratele.com(during Mon-Sat, from 10 AM to 6:30 PM).

A replacement will be carried out for the product only under two circumstances:

• A Damaged/Faulty product has been delivered to the customer.
• Wrong product delivered to the customer.

For replacement kindly pay attention to the following points:

• Your request will only be accepted within 72 hours from the day of delivery.
• Product will ONLY be replaced in case it is damaged/wrong/faulty. You must notify us about the product being damaged/wrong/faulty within 24 hours from the receipt of the product.
• In order to process the return/replacement request, after speaking to customer service executive, you will have to ship the product to the following address:

B-23, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi – 110064

• The products will be replaced only if the product is unused and is packed in its original packaging with all the tags and additional equipment such as data cables etc. (if any)in their place, if any of those are found missing then the return request will be declined and no replacement will be done. Return and Replacement request will also be declined if any of the additional equipment are found damaged. In such scenarios, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense.
• Customers will get replacement shipped out within 7 days.
• The product should be repacked in safe condition for shipment.
• Return/Replacement requests will NOT be accepted for Products purchased from the SALE SECTION.

Cancellation Policy

We do not entertain Cancellation requests after24 hours from the receipt of your order as it usually gets shipped from our warehouse within this span of time, therefore we would request you to kindly place your orders carefully.
